Protein Granola

ingredients //

 

+ 3 cups rolled oats

+ 1 cup shredded coconut

+ 3/4 cup sunflower seeds

+ 3/4 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

+ 2x scoops revival vanilla cake whey protein isolate

+ 1 tbs cinnamon

+ 3/4 cup maple syrup

 

method //

 

1. Preheat oven to 160c. Line two baking trays with baking paper.

2. Place all ingredients into a bowl, add the maple syrup last. Mix well.

3. Divide the mixture between the trays and spread out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes.

4. Using oven gloves remove the trays from the oven. Give the granola a stir with a spatula to help cook it all over. 

5. Place back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes until crunchy. Enjoy!
