What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds for change of mind purchases.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED OR FAULTY ITEM?
Whoops! Sorry about that, but hey we all make mistakes. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to make things right. Contact our support team at email@example.com stating what the problem is. In keeping with our terms and conditions we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, as you have 7 days after receiving the order to lodge this problem. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. If a product arrives faulty do not open or use it and notify us of the problem as soon as possible.
ITEM NOT RECEIVED?
We apologies if you have not received your item, this is very strange as all items are automatically tracked. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get working immediately to track your order.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
Contact us through your account via email at email@example.com.Inform our support team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return number and ask for a returning address if required.Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name and address.Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item back to us. Proof of postage if free, however we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the event of that item being lost in transit.If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available we will process the refund into the original account you used to purchase the product.
WHAT WE WILL DO
All products returned to us are checked by our support team and department.If you are entitled to the refund, we will proceed as per the terms and conditions.Returns are usually processed within 5–15 working days.Financial refund will be credited to the original account which was used for purchase.
We understand that complaints are necessary for us to become a more efficient and pro-active company. Free Shipping for orders over $99.
Flat shipping rate of $10.00 for all orders under $99.
Most orders are shipped using Australia Post however if not appropriate other couriers will be used.
We currently offer international shipping to over 250+ countries. When checking out, your will be given 3 options to pick from which include a "cheapest option", "best value option", and "fastest shipping option". Our couriers change depending on who you select.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.
TRACKING FOR RESULTS
Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.
Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the Australia Post website just enter your consignment ID.
Australia post offer SMS opt-in which provide notifications of your delivery.
You should expect your delivery in 1–5 business days, depending on where you live.
