How to take
When to take:
- Post Workout – We recommend consuming WPI directly after working out to assist in recovery.
- Anytime during the day – We recommend consuming WPI during the day if you need the extra boost of protein in your diet. The added fibre also assists in gut health and can act as a meal replacement shake.
- Using with Meals – We recommend adding WPI when cooking for bonus protein and healthy flavour options.
How to take:
Mix 2 Scoops (40g) into 250-350ml of water or preferred milk source and shake lightly for a smooth mix. Consume 1-3 times a day or as required
Close package immediately after using and store in a cool dry place away from excessive heat or moisture.
